Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products:

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of digital products (which are accessible immediately upon purchase), we are unable to accept returns of digital products. All sales of digital products are considered final.

We will investigate the issue and, if a fault on our part is confirmed, we will either provide a corrected version or issue a refund at our discretion.

2. Physical Products:

  • Return of Physical Products: If you are dissatisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.
