1. Shipping Methods
Joint Action Care collaborates with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the secure and timely delivery of physical products. We offer standard shipping for all orders. The specific carrier used for each order will be determined based on the item's size, weight, and destination.
2. Shipping Costs
- Digital Products: Digital products, such as our care plan PDF, do not require physical shipping. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your digital product.
- Physical Products: We offer standard shipping at no cost for all physical products. There are no additional charges for shipping, and the specific carrier used will be determined based on the item's size, weight, and destination.
3. Subscription Orders
For customers who purchase our products through a subscription, your orders will be processed and shipped automatically at the start of each subscription renewal period. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information for each shipment. Subscription orders follow the same shipping and handling timeframes as one-time orders.
4. Handling Time
Joint Action Care aims to process and ship orders for physical products as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times for physical products will be provided at checkout and may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
For physical products, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
7. International Shipping
Joint Action Care currently ships within Australia only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future. For orders being shipped outside of Australia, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package containing physical products is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons, the package will be returned to Joint Action Care. We will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your physical product is damaged during transit or lost, please contact Joint Action Care customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
10. Returns and Refunds
